The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-driven professional to join our operations team. This role focuses on the delivery, deployment, and execution of safety equipment and barrier systems at events and activations across Australia.

You will be at the frontline — coordinating logistics, managing on-site installations, and ensuring our systems are deployed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support deployment of Meridian barriers and equipment at events.
• Conduct site walk-throughs and liaise with clients, event managers, and security partners.
• Oversee installation, positioning, and removal of barriers.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Manage timelines and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Represent Meridian professionally on-site as the face of our operations.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Driving and managing MR and HR trucks.

About You

• Experience in event operations, logistics, or site deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in varied environments.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Current driver’s licence (MR or HR licence desirable).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Forklift Experience and licence.
